The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, within walking distance to Manor and other shopping places. It is also conveniently close to the cathedral in old town and the train station. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a great view over the river and mountains. The staff is helpful and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options.

The hotel's location is very central, not too far from a neo-gothic 19th-century church. the city center is only a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. I came to Geneva for a vacation and found the Ambassador hotel to meet my needs. Its location is conveniently situated close to a beautiful neo-gothic 19th-century church. Additionally, the city center is just a short 10-15 minute walk away from the hotel.

By and large, it was wonderful base for sightseeing in Geneva, had much fun. Our room was new-fashioned and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, had a comfortable experience. The bathroom was large with a bidet. Everyone we encountered was courteous. The check-in was early and the atmosphere was elegant overall.

I had deluxe queen room that also was complete with a nice view, all the necessary facilities and newly renovated Bathroom: D

Very cosy hotel. Everything is very comfortable. Food at the restorant exellent, Room-service exellent. Hotel is just in the centre of Geneva. Very nice place. I prefer to stay at this hotel while in Geneva. 4 stars but superior. Always a pleasure to be there. Staff, services, everything - very high level.

The location is great, close to cultural, commercial, unique areas, and a shopping street.

The rooms here are nice and cozy with everything you need. They have a good shower and even give you free toiletries, so you don't have to worry about bringing your own. Plus, there's a bus stop just a short 300 meters away, making it super convenient to get around 🚌.

The Reception employees behaviour was very bad, no kindness for the customer. None of my demands were accomplished: lake view, big bed and other. But the main problem was the lack of respect and professionalism of the Reception staff.

Location is the secret of this hotel, everywhere is a 5 to 10 min walk from there. Views from room is great (pick a room facing the street or the lake). Starpucks is across the street, many restaurants and coffee shops are pretty close by, shopping areas are surrounding the hotel, Staff are so nice and friendly, rooms and bathrooms are clean.

Rooms are small as most of Europe hotels, price is high, but compared to other hotels at the same level within Geneva, it is quite reasonable. Wifi not reaching rooms, u have to go down to the lobby to use it. Pianist at evening is lovely, but considering the small lobby, the sound is a bit high. I had two single beds joint together to form a double bed, which was not comfortable at all.

The hotel is located in a very central area, right next to the boats that cross the lake. It is situated in a quiet section of the city with a wide selection of top-notch restaurants nearby. The hotel is conveniently located between the train station and the waterfront.

Everything was simply great. Appreciated every detail about my really comfortable 2 nights stay here. The place had an elegant atmosphere. Food was good and I stayed in the deluxe queen room, it was newly decorated. Got exceptionally comfortable bed and a multi-channel television, a seating area and ironing facilities. The location was great and fab, relatively close to a famous cathedral.

The breakfast at the Ambassador in Geneva offers a wide selection of food. the room at the Ambassador was spacious and modern. - the room had fantastic views overlooking the Rhone River. - the bed in the room was extremely comfortable.
